(Studio) Since 1965 Voting Rights Bill passed, almost 1 million registered to vote. New Bill applies to all states; so did old bill, but only needed in South states. New law treats ills that aren't there. New law would let some states change voting laws and Federal Govt. would have to go to Court to change it. New law weakens all states.
