[League president John JACOB - talks about Thomas.] League's criticism of the 1990 census count and the current status of civil rights detailed. [JACOB - says Commerce Secretary Robert Mosbacher refused to adjust the undercount.] [Spelman College President Johnnetta COLE - says every civil rights gain is being turned back.]
