(White House: Randall Pinkston) Signals from President Bush that the US might allow Iraq to sell a limited quantity of oil to buy food and medicine examined. [BUSH - comments.] [State Department spokesman Richard BOUCHER - says decision must be based on examining what food supplies Iraq has; adds that Iraqi President Saddam Hussein has diverted food to his loyalists.] United Nations fact-finding mission said confirming reports of widespread malnutrition and disease.
