(Pentagon: David Martin) Report by former KGB general Oleg Kalugin that Soviet agents questioned American POWs in Vietnam several years after the war ended featured; historical footage of POWs shown. [On "CBS This Morning", KALUGIN - talks about POWs questioned.] [Senator John KERRY - says Kalugin will be coming to the United States for questioning.] [In November 1991, United States POW/MIA (missing in action) office, Hanoi, Garnett BELL - talks about evidence that some POWs were not released.] Scenes shown of Marine Pvt. Robert Garwood, who is known to have remained in Vietnam after other POWs were released.
