[Tank commander Colonel Adam CHIKAL - (thru translator) says he is now commanded by Ukrainian ministry.] [General Constantin MOROZOV - (thru translator) says Ukraine will not be in an alliance.] [Soldier Vitaly LEVENETZ - (thru translator) refuses to take Ukrainian oath.] Russian President Boris Yeltsin noted still fighting Ukrainian claim to the Black Sea fleet. Possibility that Ukraine may soon follow its army out of the commonwealth mentioned.
