(Pentagon: David Martin) Announcement by the Pentagon that a photograph purporting to show three American pilots alive in Indochina is a fraudulent version of a 1923 picture that appeared in a Soviet magazine detailed. [MIA (missing in action) John Robertson's DAUGHTER, WIFE - comment.] Undeclared candidate Ross Perot noted also keeping the MIA (missing in action) issue alive; Perot's 1987 letter to President Ronald Reagan quoted. Recent Senate committee findings on MIAs reviewed.
