(Studio) Israel calls United States plans for Mideast peace an appeasement to only make Arabs more bellicose. Report on Arab summit.

(Rabat, Morocco) 7 hrs. spent for 1st deliberation. Sudan President General el- Nimeiry infers United States is Arab's main enemy. Summit won't consider United States plan with regard to Jordan, officially, but talk about it in private. Main issues involve leader P.L.O., Yasir Arafat. Cntrys., especially Lebanon, want united Arab policy on dealing with commandos. Other issues: unified military command and more gifts from oil states.
