(Studio) Lynette Fromme found guilty of death attempt against President Ford.

(Sacramento, California) Jury deliberations noted. Believed Fromme intended assassination. Fromme statements recalled with regard to getting new trial for Charles Manson. Defense attorney John Virga says case to be appealed. Jurors stay at Ponderosa motor inn; jury released today. Fears expressed re: reprisals. Judge Thomas MacBride orders probation report on Fromme prior to December 17 sentencing. Could get life in prison.
