(Studio) Britain, Iceland clash with regard to fishing rights. Latter threatens to quit NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) unless Britain withdraws warships from disputed cod waters.

(England) Dispute described. Trawlers caught in Iceland waters have nets cut. Britain navy ships go in to aid fishermen as in 1973. One trawler fired on by Iceland boat. Ice landers demonstrate at Britain embassy in Iceland. Conflict grows. Film shown.
