[On the Bridge of No Return at the DMZ, CLINTON - talks about the security commitment to South Korea; says it is pointless for North Korea to develop nuclear weapons.] [At the Korean base, CLINTON - addresses the troops.] The view that Clinton looked presidential on this trip noted.
