[Three PEOPLE - offer opposition.] [Israeli foreign minister Shimon PERES - comments.] PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) leader Yasir Arafat shown meeting with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and seeking support for the peace plan from the Gulf states. A Palestinian demonstration in the West Bank against the plan shown.
