(Dallas: Scott Pelley) The results of an investigation into the B- 52 plane crash at Fairchild Air Force Base earlier this summer reported; June 24 footage of the accident shown. A prohibited aerobatic stunt during exercise for an upcoming flight show reported possibly being the cause for the crash. A tanker crash in March 1987, the cause of the ban on stunts, mentioned; footage shown. B-52 crew members named. [Representative John CONYERS; June 26, Secretary of the Air Force Sheila WIDNALL - comment.] A change to Widnall's statement in a letter to Congress quoted. Holland's reputation as a risk taker noted.
