(Studio) Environmental Protection Agency issues 1st standards under safe drinking water act.

(NYC) No one sure how safe nation's drinking water is. Environmental Protection Agency testing 80 cities' water for organic chemicals. Environmentalists say EPA's rules may not be tough enough. Environmentalists say condition of water supplies in New Orleans, Louisiana, Duluth, Minnesota, and 3 other cities serious enough to be life threatening.
