(Dallas: Scott Pelley) The FAA's refusal to require that US airlines install child safety seats on all airplanes featured. [Former NTSB chairman Jim BURNETT - says they won't make a change until there is blood in on the tarmac somewhere.] [Federal Aviation Administration Thomas McSWEENEY - says the seats would cost too much.]
