Rockefeller III, chairperson of bicentennial commission, says he's concerned about lack of worthwhile celebration on our 200th anniversary. In `60's Massachusetts Institute of Technology thought of way to celebrate bicentennial, but idea so good and patriotic, no one in Washington, DC paid any attention
