[Black LEADER - says they reserve the right to discipline their own children.] [Dallas police department sergeant Jim CHANDLER - say rules and regulations must be followed.] [Community activist Ed SIMMS - complains that the guards were arrested and the juvenile delinquents were set free.] [Resident Bobbye LACY - says the kids got what they deserve.]
