(Algiers, Algeria) Oil producers hope to hit upon some common oil policy for future. Saudi Arabia's King Faisal doesn't attend meeting, but Shah of Iran does. OPEC (Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries) wants summit to be success; differences to be kept as quiet as possible.
