[Senators Kay Bailey HUTCHISON, John McCAIN - excoriate Secretary of Defense William Perry and Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman John Shalikashvili.] [SHALIKASHVILI, former Bosnia commander Admiral Leighton SMITH - comment on United States troops there.] The fact that the Pentagon is being deliberately vague about what it plans to do next in Bosnia outlined.
