[Serb WOMAN (thru translator) - tells the mayor her son died for this country and complains she can't get help leaving.] Assistant Secretary of State Richard Holbrooke shown receiving an award on the last day of his job. [HOLBROOKE - comments on Bosnia; says some of the people should leave.]
