(White House: Bill Plante) The videotaping of testimony from President Clinton for the Arkansas trial of Jim and Susan McDougal in which former banker David Hale charged that then-Governor Clinton pressured him to loan money to the McDougals featured; the 28 people at the taping listed. [White House Chief of Staff Leon PANETTA - says the Clintons are not implicated.] [Constitutional law expert Paul ROTHSTEIN - says parts of the tape could be used to make the president look bad.]
