(London: Vicki Mabrey) Threats from Secretary of State Warren Christopher of sanctions against Yugoslavia if action is not taken by Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic against leaders accused of war crimes featured. [CHRISTOPHER - says the Dayton peace process will remain difficult.] The need for the removal of Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic, who has been indicted for war crimes, prior to election in Bosnia noted. [International mediator Carl BILDT, Bosnian ambassador to United Nations Muhamed SACIRBEY - comment.] The fragile nature of the peace in Bosnia reviewed.
