(Studio) Secretary of State William Rogers tells Senate Foreign Relations Committee United States made it clear to North Vietnam we don't expect new South Vietnam elections. US, like North Vietnam, feels fair elections not possible there now. Defense Secretary Melvin Laird says withdrawal timetable is reasonable 1. Expresses confidence in Vietnamization.
