(Studio) Cambodian Prime Min. Long Boret returns to Cambodia from Thailand. Before leaving, officials say he held 5 hrs. of talks with Khmer Rouge rebels; hopefully negotiated settlement to war beginning. Exiled Prince Norodom Sihanouk claims rebel forces could capture Phnom Penh whenever they wished; says delay in taking Phnom Penh is result of fear of US intervention.
