(Studio). President Nixon won't sign present tax reform bill.

(DC) Democratic leader, Senator Mike Mansfield, says bill not irresponsible for 15% Social Security boost or $800 tax exemption. Republican Senator Gordon Allott is against bill. [Democratic Senator Albert GORE - says don't expect Pres to veto bill. To fight for $800 exemption.] [Senator ALLOTT - says can't vote for bill. Calls it fiscal irresponsibility.] $800 probably to be lowered.

(Studio) Final Senator action could come Wednesday
