(Studio) Senator Mike Mansfield says Senator won't act on nuclear non-proliferation treaty before adjournment. Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey criticizes Richard Nixon's stand on treaty and George Wallace and General Curtis LeMay for their stand on nuclear arms.
