(New York: Anthony Mason) The issue of diplomatic immunity raised by the killing of 16 year-old Jovianne Waltrick in a car crash by a speeding, intoxicated diplomat from the Georgian Republic examined. [Jovianne's MOTHER (thru translator) - says she cannot accept that the diplomat will not be punished.] [State Department spokesperson Nicholas BURNS - says no government has ever lifted diplomatic immunity.]
