(Studio) Congress takes final action on funding for resettlement of Vietnam refugees. $455 million authorization bill sent to President Ford. President' task force for refugees announces opening of 4th refugee reception center at Indian Gap, Pennsylvania. 1st Lady, Mrs. Ford visits refugee center at Camp Pendleton, California.

(Camp Pendleton, California) Mrs. Ford chats with former South Vietnam Premier Nguyen Cao Ky. Ky says many refugees to settle in more familiar agriculture surroundings. [Mrs. FORD - says she came to Camp Pendleton to bring warmth of American people to refugees.]
