(Studio) Report follows on how Americans spend income tax rebate.

(Columbus, Ohio) In modest telephone survey, most people say they're using extra money to pay bills or partially financial vacation. [Sally Ann MEYERS - plans to use money to buy air conditioner.] Barbara and Gerry Williams plan to use money to help pay for vacation to Chicago. [WILLIAMS - says rebate nice to have, but it won't change their lives.]
