(Studio) Senator George McGovern visiting Cuba; talked with Fidel Castro last night. McGovern says Castro feels sure diplomatic and trade relations with US to be reestablished. As part of visit, McGovern tours large Cuban mental hosp.

(Havana, Cuba) Hosp. director, Dr. Bernardo Ordoz, shows McGovern around hosp. Occupational therapy used extensively in hosp. Only sickest patients don't perform some type of work. Private practice of medicine not prohibited in Cuba, but it's not widespread and may soon disappear.
