(Studio) Agriculture Department forecasts record winter wheat crop; news not received with universal joy across wheat belt.

(Texas Panhandle) Cost of growing wheat up and price of wheat down. Report of surplus means prices to drop lower; many don't believe there will be surplus. [Texas wheat producer Dwight HAMILTON - says he's talked with many wheat growers and most don't agree with government's forecast for record crop. Has feeling that government forecasting big crop to bring price down for consumer.]
