[Victim's daughter and wife Patricia and Nida ENGALLA - tell of Kaiser's fraudulent conduct with regard to her husband's cancer.] The conclusion by the California supreme court against Kaiser quoted. [Kaiser spokesman Tom DEBLEY - defends the HMO.]
