(Bridgehampton, New York) [Caras converses with his son, Clay CARAS - re: purchase of animal traps.] Animal traps easily bought. Animals caught in leg traps shown. Pets also caught in traps. [Diane BRANCHT - tells of cat caught in trap.] Humane Society of United States hopes to stop use of leg-hold traps. [President United States Humane Society John HOYT - deplores leg-hold traps.] Roger Caras, in marked "Commentary," appraises situation.
