Turk forces among best of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) forces. $4 billion American aid given. United States cut off aid after Turkish invasion of Cyprus. Turkey threatens to leave NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) and make US leave Turkey. Greek NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) shape shaky.
