(Belgrade, Yugoslavia: John Roberts) Threats from Russian President Boris Yeltsin to pull Russia out of Kosovo peace talks reported; details given of a very small withdrawal of Serb troops as seen by foreign journalists. [Serbian COMMANDER (thru translator) - says some troops are leaving Kosovo.] [Former Yugoslav deputy prime minister Vuk DRASKOVIC - says the withdrawal is good.] [NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) spokesman Jamie SHEA - says he is not convinced.] [UN Commissioner for Human Rights Mary ROBINSON - says Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic did not wish to meet with her.]
