[Jefferson County, Colorado, Sheriff's Department Steve DAVIS - announces the arrest of Manes.] [Student Veronica NUNCIO - says she is nervous and scared.] [Parent of victim Michael SHOELS - says his children will not return.] [Shoels' family attorney Geoffrey FIEGER - says the school failed to act.]
