(Studio) "Washington Star" says 30 states withholding $200 million from Social Security Admin. (SSA) due to errors in its supplemental security income (S. S. I.) program. Welfare dirs. says recipients overpaid.

(Baltimore, Maryland) Supplemental program set up for 4 1/2 million aged, blind and disabled. SSA admits they may have overpaid S. S. I. benefactors by $4 million. [SSA Harry OVERS - says many of recipients misunderstand what they're supposed to tell us.] Corrections being made.
