(Studio) supersonic transport Concorde to make 1st rte.-proving transatlantic flight Sunday To land in Newfoundland.

(London, England) Anglo-French Concorde controversial due to noise and pollution. British and French won tentative approval for 4 flights a day to New York City and 2 to DC. Environmental opposition conts. $3 billion to develop Concorde. To cost $70 million each Canceling program would mean loss of 55,000 jobs.
