[In 1980, former employee Joe HARDING - says he could see tracks on the floor walking through the dust.] [Secretary of Energy Bill RICHARDSON - says the workers should be compensated.] [Institute for Energy and Environmental Research Arjun MAKHIJANI - says bombmaking was put before health.]
