(Studio) Jury gives verdict at trial of ex-Senator Edward Gurney.
REPORTER: Harry Reasoner

(Tampa, Florida) Jury sticks with Monday's verdict. Gurney: no verdict re: conspiracy; not guilty of bribery; not guilty of unlawful compensation, and not guilty of lying to grand jury on 3 of 4 counts; 4th count undecided. 2 of 3 others on trial not guilty. 3rd found innocent on 1 count; no decision on other. [GURNEY - praises jury. Says government couldn't make case.]
