(Washington: Bob Orr) The discovery that the cockpit voice recorder on the chartered plane that crashed in Pennsylvania was not working the day of the crash reported; scenes shown of the wreckage. [NTSB George BLACK - says the lack of voice data hampers the investigation.] Cockpit voice recording played. [Resident Donald RIPOSH - says he heard the propeller.]
