[KESSLER - says the issue is what the tobacco companies know about nicotine; reviews the power of the tobacco industry; reacts to the Supreme Court ruling against declaring tobacco a drug; says in the end the tobacco industry will be dismantled.] The 1998 landmark settlement won by states attorneys general against the industry noted.
