(DC) Johnson won't challenge Humphrey position; many of his advisers have advocated it. Admin. hard line supported by Johnson, Walt Rostow and Secretary of State Dean Rusk. To challenge Vice President would be challenge to our advisors like Ambassador Averell Harriman.
