(Ikrit, northern Israel: Jerrold Kessel) The plight of Arab Israelis, who view themselves as refugees in their own country and want to return to their lost lands after nearly 50 years, featured; scenes shown from the hillside village of Ikrit in northern Israel. [Three PEOPLE - (two through translator) comment.] The compromise decision by Israeli courts that the original Ikrit inhabitants can rebuild their homes but not reclaim the farmlands taken over by Jewish settlers noted. [Israeli minister Ya'Acon TZUR, Ikrit committee activists Khalil JADOUN, Khalil SBEIT - comment on the issue.]
