(Geneva: Steve Hurst) The transfer of the Sarajevo suburb of Grbavica from Serb control to the Bosnian government featured; scenes shown of buildings burning and from the Geneva meetings about the latest ethnic unrest in Bosnia. [Secretary of State Warren CHRISTOPHER - says the three Balkan leaders have a chance to build a better society; reaffirms that this is a step-by-step process.] The announcement by high representative Carl Bildt that 219 prisoners would be set free noted. The reasons for the failure so far of the key issue of keeping Bosnia from being split between Croatians, Muslims and Serbs outlined.
