(State Department: Steve Hurst) Consideration by the United States of sanctions against China for selling cruise missiles to Iran featured. [State Department spokesman Nicholas BURNS - says the policy is not to isolate China, but the missile tests are irresponsible and destabilizing.] The other issues between China, Taiwan and the United States reviewed.
