(Studio) In Rome, Italy, today, 10 persons attempt break-in at hospital where Nazi war criminal Herbert Kappler lies ill with stomach cancer. 10 were protesting war tribunal's order to release Kappler from life sentence and allow him to return to Germany; Kappler's action in World War II in Rome noted. Police dispersed protesters, but made no arrests. Relatives of Kappler's war victims and other opponents of his release marched Sunday to site of executions at Ardeatine Caves; details noted.
