[OSCE Flavio COTTI - outlines the pre-election issues, especially war criminals.] [NATO IFOR commander General Leighton SMITH - expresses concern about restriction of movement.] The question of Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic, indicted for war crimes, yet remaining in power, noted. [Bosnian Serb Assembly speaker Momcilo KRAJISNIK - (thru translator) says Karadzic would sacrifice himself for his people.] The continuing pressure on Karadzic to step down from power discussed.
