(White House: Bob Franken) Videotaped testimony from President Clinton for the Whitewater trial in which two Arkansas bankers Robert Hill and Herby Branscum are accused of making illegal loans and funneling contributions to Clinton's gubernatorial campaign featured. [Independent Council Kenneth STARR - comments.] [Representative John BOEHNER, Senator Paul SIMON - politick.] The naming of White House aide Bruce Lindsey as an unindicted co-conspirator in the case noted. [LINDSEY - says he did nothing wrong.]
