[Iranian President Hashemi RAFSANJANI - (thru translator) talks about President Clinton's political motivation in launching an attack on Iraq.] Interview held with Iranian ambassador to United Nations Kamal Kharrazi. [KHARRAZI - says Clinton's attack was politically motivated and will hurt the stability of the region; affirms that the United States should not take a unilateral mission in the region and that any international intervention should be done through the UN; comments on the conflicts within Iraq and the absence of any Iranian troops in northern Iraq.]
