[KHARRAZI - says Clinton's attack was politically motivated and will hurt the stability of the region; affirms that the United States should not take a unilateral mission in the region and that any international intervention should be done through the UN; comments on the conflicts within Iraq and the absence of any Iranian troops in northern Iraq.]
