(Studio) Secretary of State Henry Kissinger makes possibly final trip in present job visiting NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) chiefs in west Europe.

In Brussels, Belgium, Kissinger holds press conf.; says new admin.'s foreign policy won't be greatly different from his. [KISSINGER - says United States policy has to be based on reality, not preferences of 1 individual.] Kissinger won't analyze own foreign policy work. [KISSINGER - comments on others' analysis of his work.] Secretary then goes to London; has press conference with British foreign secretary Anthony Crosland; both comment on Rhodesia situation.
